Our StoryCaterpillar Woodworks leaf butterfly

Caterpillar Woodworks was created in the Summer of 2022 when we decided to put more energy into our passions and interests. What was once a family hobby, is now a business venture in which we can bring imagination and play to work. We are a family-owned woodworking business based out of Oregon, USA. We work directly with our clients throughout the design process to ensure a high level of satisfaction with both our custom and restored wood pieces. If you are looking for custom wood furniture or would like to restore an old piece, we offer high quality service and we put time and care into all that we do! Contact us or request a quote for your next project.

We come from generations of engineers and craftsmen on both sides of the family, and we are dedicated to keeping the tradition alive through our two children and woodworking camps for kids. Our Shop Foreman (aka Dad) started when he was 4 years old and was taught much of what he knows by working alongside his dad to renovate his childhood home. He also helped build furniture, a tree house, and cabinets. Our Operations Coordinator (aka Mom) brings her love of project management and marketing design into all aspects of Caterpillar Woodworks!

We are passionate about teaching carpentry skills to younger generations. Our two boys started working on projects with Dad when they were 2 years old. They’ve helped assemble furniture, build tables and chairs, shelves, a lumber cart, bird houses and more! We also offer Winter and Summer Woodworking Camps for kids!
